Outpatient PT - Portland, OR Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 4 x 8hr - Ratios: 1:15-25 - Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required - First-Timers Accepted: No - Weekend REQ: No - Certs REQ: BCLS - Is On-Call REQ?: No - Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No - Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted: Yes - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. - Experience with Geriatric population highly preferred - EPIC experience required
