Compensation and incentives
- Starting wage: $23.08 per hour
- Increases to $26.68 after 90 days with strong attendance and performance
- Sign-on bonus: $300 after 90 days (Rehires not eligible)
- Retention bonus: $600 after 9 months (Rehires not eligible)
Schedule and balance
12-hour rotating shifts—7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM—and you will rotate between days and nights. Rotation pattern: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off, then repeat. You’ll work 15 days per month and have 7 days off within the cycle, supporting work-life balance.

- Manufacturing background and a safety-first approach

- Comfortable in a fast-moving operation with 24/7/365 coverage
- Strong communicator with basic computer skills (Excel included)
What you’ll handle
- Assist with all aspects of furnace operations to keep production on pace
- Monitor conditions around furnaces and respond to changing needs
- Operate forklifts and manage materials safely
- Record simple data and checks in Microsoft Excel
- Support housekeeping and safe work practices
Environment and safety
This is an industrial manufacturing setting with extreme heat near furnaces. PPE is required. You may work in confined areas or at heights at times.
Physical readiness
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Use vision to examine equipment, judge distance, and differentiate colors
- Maintain awareness of moving traffic/equipment and team member locations
- Use touch and smell to detect equipment issues
- Speak clearly, understand instructions, and hear safety alarms
- Climb ladders, balance, and work at heights for extended periods
- Frequent walking, standing, reaching, crouching, sitting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and turning of the torso
