    Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox, L.L.C. North America has an opening for a Product Specialist for the ThermoDrive product line. The qualified individual will be responsible for driving strategic sales, managing a select group of key accounts, working closely with and training industry sales representatives. This individual will service the North America market, ideally based within the region, and report to the ThermoDrive Sales Manager.

Together, our 3,000+ global employees are reliable problem solvers, continuously developing and directly delivering solutions that have driven our customers' growth worldwide for more than 45 years. We consistently and sustainably work together to create long-term value by continuously improving products, services, and processes for our customers. Our award-winning customer service team provides comprehensive support and access to technical experts to deliver fast, reliable solutions.

The ThermoDrive product line serves a vital purpose beyond technical specifications: safeguarding the global food supply chain. While proven to reduce downtime and extend belt life, the technology's ability to improve hygienic design and sanitation standards directly contributes to the safety and quality of meals consumed in homes every day. The successful candidate will champion a solution that not only drives business results but also protects the consumer.

This position requires more than technical proficiency; a specific mindset is essential. While basic technical and sales knowledge are prerequisites, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional drive, motivation, and a deep capacity for introspection. Possessing high self-awareness and the ability to communicate with extreme clarity, the ideal candidate actively seeks out challenges to fuel business and personal growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive Strategic Growth: Execute sales strategies to launch and scale new ThermoDrive products, services, and high-potential applications across the food industry.
    • Support Key Accounts: Directly manage and nurture high-value account relationships to capture major commercial opportunities.
    • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate within Intralox's team-selling model to support industry teams, account managers, and regional customer needs.
    • Translate Technical Value: Connect ThermoDrive's technical and hygienic advantages into compelling commercial messaging that delivers customer value.
    • Train & Enable Sales: Lead ThermoDrive product training and share best practices, updates, and market insights across the sales organization.
    • Identify Market Opportunities: Deeply understand food industry trends and target markets to qualify and prioritize the best business opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Self-Awareness & Continuous Growth: High self-awareness with a natural curiosity and proactive drive to continuously develop personal and professional capabilities.

    • Effective Communication & Active Listening: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels - from the shop floor to the boardroom - paired with strong listening and questioning abilities.

    • Proactive & Goal-Oriented: A self-managed, ownership mindset with the initiative to identify challenges and achieve ambitious goals.

    • Technical & Industry Experience: 5+ years in sales engineering, application support, or hands-on equipment roles in food processing, with a solid foundation in conveyor systems.

    • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel to customer facilities and plant sites (estimated 70%+).

    Our Offer:

    • Professional Development: A comprehensive training program designed to foster continuous technical expertise and professional growth.

    • Global Exposure: Opportunities to expand your international experience and maximize your career potential within a global organization.

    • Collaborative Culture: An inspiring working environment grounded in teamwork, mutual support, and pride in shared success.
