Sr. Thermoforming Process Technician

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $35–$40/hour

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Thermoforming Process Technician to lead and optimize in-line thermoforming operations.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize thermoforming equipment and process parameters.
• Improve production efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
• Lead and train thermoforming technicians.
• Troubleshoot equipment and work with maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production on tooling, processes, and new products.
• Maintain production, quality, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of in-line thermoforming experience.
• Experience setting up and optimizing thermoforming machinery.
• Previous leadership or personnel management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing/QMS experience.
• Ability to work with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a manufacturing environment with noise, temperature changes, and dust. PPE provided.
