Your schedule

2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday; support on Saturdays and beyond regular hours as needed.

Could this be you?

• Do you verify machine parameters and auxiliary equipment settings before every start-up—and again at set intervals?
• Can you execute start-up, restart, shut-down, and cleaning procedures while monitoring processes and troubleshooting issues to keep output on track?
• Are you diligent about documents and inspections—confirming job paperwork, completing start-up checks, and performing in-process quality verifications?
• Will you uphold a medical manufacturing quality system aligned to ISO 13485 and FDA expectations while following company safety policies and OSHA rules?
• Can you keep multiple molding machines productive and compliant, escalating abnormalities quickly to the right contacts?
• Are you comfortable with packaging tasks like scale counting, printing labels, and preparing finished goods per SOP?
• Do you operate a grinding machine and use measurement gauges confidently?
• Will you embrace Lean and 5S to sustain a tidy, efficient department?
• Can you record data electronically and communicate handoffs effectively across shifts, supporting co-workers, internal customers, and support teams?

Minimum qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of injection molding machines and peripheral devices
• Ability to read/interpret work instructions and safety documents; follow written and verbal English instructions
• Quality-driven problem solver who handles part and equipment variation and makes sound decisions
• Basic computer literacy for electronic communication and data entry
• Experience with cycle counting and using scales for weight calculations
• Strong attendance and team collaboration; flexibility to assist outside normal hours, including some Saturdays
