Join Our Production Team

Help us produce quality molded parts every shift by running equipment safely, inspecting to spec, and packaging to plan.

Why This Role Matters

  • Keep production on target by tending thermoplastic presses and supporting adjacent workstations when needed.
  • Protect quality by inspecting every part to the MCP and performing secondary operations or rework as required.
  • Drive performance by accurately tracking good parts, rejects, and downtime—aiming to outperform standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Open machine gates, remove molded components, trim, and verify conformance prior to packing.
  • Package finished products exactly as specified in the MCP.
  • Read and follow operating manuals, work instructions, master samples, process alerts, and procedures.
  • Maintain safe, organized press areas with strong 5S housekeeping.

Shift & Hours

3rd Shift | Monday–Friday | 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or GED (management approval required for exceptions).
  • No prior experience needed—training provided.

  • Upbeat, can‑do mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and follow company systems and procedures.
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. without injury.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; strong team orientation.
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
  • Good judgment; able to make timely, fact‑based decisions.
  • Comfort reading and interpreting company forms.
  • Willingness to share constructive and appreciative feedback.
  • Commitment to participate in job development training.
