Your mission

• Run blending and extrusion processes to craft precise thermoplastic compounds
• Confirm item and lot numbers and quantities before every run
• Log production information accurately and legibly
• Keep the line clean, organized, and audit-ready
• Champion safety for yourself and your team

Where and when you’ll work

• Core opening: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
• Voluntary overtime when you want it
• Shift differentials to recognize your schedule
• Additional roles on second and third shifts for blending and machine operation

• Sign-on Bonuses: $ 250 after 30 days of employment, $ 250 after 90 days of employment, $500 after 180 days of employment

Minimum

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Solid basic math
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Detail focus to verify manufacturing numbers
• Clear handwriting for paperwork
• Pride in a clean, orderly workspace
• Comfort working solo or with a team
• Consistent attention to safety

Advanced

• Experience with blending operations
• Hands-on extruder operations
• Troubleshooting and mechanical ability
• Leadership potential
• Safe fork truck operation

Physical

• Lift up to 55 lbs
• Stand for long stretches
• Routinely climb, bend, and stretch
