We have immediate second and third shift opportunities for experienced Process Technicians who can boost throughput and shrink downtime tied to setup, change-overs, process tweaks, and tooling.
Your challenge
- Can you bring an injection molding machine from cold start to production-ready, ensuring water, materials, heaters, and robots are good to go?
- Will you troubleshoot and tune processes for both new and existing parts to raise yields and elevate quality?
- Are you able to slash downtime during die changes and process setups with well-planned execution?
- Do you jump on production issues fast and keep the line moving?
- Will you document every adjustment precisely so the team can learn and repeat success?
- Can you develop and update robust processes for upcoming programs?
- Are you comfortable setting up, diagnosing, and continuously improving end-of-arm tooling?
- Will you handle hazardous waste responsibly and by the book?
- Do you chip in on cleaning and preventive maintenance to prevent surprises?
- Do you enjoy structured problem-solving and contributing to continuous improvement?
- Are you prepared to serve as an authorized member of the facility spill response team?
- Will you uphold all health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations?
Your path and prerequisites
Level 1
For technicians with 3–5 years in a manufacturing technical role who can troubleshoot and update area equipment/systems and communicate clearly in English while working well with others.
Level 2
For those with 1–2+ years at Level 1 (or equivalent) or a blend of relevant education and experience; solid injection molding proficiency is expected, with preference for RJG systematic molding. You communicate effectively, collaborate well, and carry yourself professionally while working independently and in teams.
Level 3
For experienced pros with 3–5+ years at Level 2 (or equivalent) or combined relevant education/experience. You bring ABB Level 1 Robot training proficiency, exceptional teamwork and professionalism, project management and problem-solving strength, the ability to set direction with minimal supervision, and advanced molding skills—preferably with RJG Advanced eDART and Master Molder 1.
