In this role, you’ll operate molding equipment, refine every surface through precise trimming and deburring, and apply paint so products match customer expectations. You’ll be part of a dependable team that adapts to changing priorities, embraces flexible hours, and leans in when overtime is needed.

Your Impact

• Run and oversee injection molding press operations
• Finish parts by trimming and deburring to exact tolerances
• Paint raw product to align with customer specifications
• Verify quality against specified criteria before release
• Prepare, package, and stage items for shipment

Skills That Set You Up for Success

• Prior experience operating production machinery
• Hands-on proficiency with air tools and common hand tools
• Competent with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended durations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort working solo and alongside a team
• Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions
• Dependable transportation to and from work

Preferred Background

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience within a plastics manufacturing environment
