Is this you?

• Do you move seamlessly between GTAW on 0.030" aluminum and GMAW on 1/2" mild steel?
• Can you visualize a blueprint and plan an efficient fit-up before striking an arc?
• Are you the teammate who keeps the bench clean, the measurements exact, and the conversation clear with clients?

What you’ll work on

• Fit and weld sheet metal using TIG and MIG processes to meet drawing specs.
• Prep joints, lay down clean, consistent beads, and finish welds for presentation and performance.
• Inspect your work to the print; deliver quality product every time.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints to guide your setup and sequence.
• Maintain an orderly, safe work area and follow both written and verbal instructions.

What you bring

• 5–7 years of welding experience.
• GMAW capability: from 18ga up to 1/2" mild steel.
• GTAW capability: from 0.030" up to 1/2" aluminum and stainless.
• Full understanding of fit-up methods and best practices.
• Skilled with calipers, tape measure, and other QC tools/equipment.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, collaborative, and able to act on your own initiative.
• Clear communicator, comfortable discussing technical requirements with a client.
