Third-Party Management Operations Associate Locations: Jersey City, NJ or White Plains, NY Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension Pay Rate: $45.59/hr W2
Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Third-Party Management Operations Associate to join the Third-Party Management Operations team within the Procurement organization. This professional will partner with business units and vendors across the Americas Division to identify, assess, and manage risks arising from the organization's use of third-party service providers. The role supports risk-management activities throughout the third-party lifecycle in accordance with the organization's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
Key Responsibilities
Support business units and vendors in completing third-party risk-management activities.
Facilitate risk assessments and due-diligence activities throughout the third-party lifecycle.
Identify, document, track, and escalate third-party risks and related issues.
Monitor vendor progress and follow up on outstanding documentation, assessments, and remediation activities.
Coordinate with Procurement, business stakeholders, risk teams, and third-party service providers.
Maintain accurate third-party records, status updates, and supporting documentation.
Support compliance with the organization's TPRM framework, policies, procedures, and control requirements.
Manage multiple third-party engagements and priorities simultaneously.
Provide clear updates regarding assessment status, risks, issues, and required actions.
Help improve third-party management processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in third-party risk management, vendor risk management, procurement operations, risk, compliance, or a related field.
Understanding of TPRM frameworks, risk assessments, due diligence, and the third-party lifecycle.
Strong project-management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business units, vendors, Procurement, and risk-management teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
