Responsibilities:
Own and administer the enterprise TPRM program, including policies, procedures, vendor tiering, and vendor lifecycle.
Demonstrate leadership skills by working closely with third parties, business owners, executive sponsors, and compliance, legal, and other risk management functions in fulfilling TPRM requirements; includes aligning the program with procurement processes, information security, privacy, artificial intelligence, and business continuity requirements and policies
Perform due diligence on providers by reviewing financial statements, insurance, regulatory and compliance reports, and SOC reports.
Conduct ongoing monitoring of existing providers to ensure the risk profile continues to meet the standards of the TPRM program.
Manage and maintain all documentation, including contracts and risk assessments, related to vendor reviews and due diligence activities in the system.
Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, and supervisory guidance to assess impacts and needed enhancements to the TPRM program.
Publish monthly status reports on program activities.
Serve as the TPRM contact for regulatory examinations and internal and external audits.
Guide the TPRM function and junior staff by providing advice and constructive feedback; monitoring compliance with policies and procedures; and conducting quality reviews of work product
Assist CRO, CCO, and other stakeholders with regular review and revision of program policies and procedures.
Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, information security, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5-7 years’ progressive direct experience in a third-party (vendor) risk management, procurement risk, operational risk, or information security risk, or similar oversight role; preferably in a financial services environment.
Demonstrated experience implementing and administering an enterprise TPRM risk program.
Experience with Ncontracts or similar vendor management software.
Ability to supervise junior staff members.
Strong time management, organizational, evaluative, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Relevant professional certification, such as CTPRP, CTPRA, CBVM , CRVPM, or a comparable credential preferred.
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $125,000
