Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Product Manager to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and continuous enhancement of an enterprise ServiceNow TPRM platform. This is an outstanding opportunity for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and risk management.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance third-party risk capabilities, optimize workflows, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of innovative technology solutions. You'll play a critical role in delivering scalable, data-driven products that improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and support strategic business initiatives.

This position is ideal for a product manager who enjoys balancing long-term strategy with hands-on product execution while working in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and OKRs for the ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform
  • Translate business objectives into prioritized product initiatives and measurable outcomes
  • Prioritize enhancements, defect resolution, technical improvements, and operational support activities
  • Partner with technology teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with Risk, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to identify requirements and improve business processes
  • Drive continuous product improvement using customer feedback, operational metrics, and data-driven insights
  • Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and product performance to measure business value
  • Identify opportunities to leverage workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and ServiceNow platform enhancements
  • Lead product lifecycle activities from discovery through implementation and adoption
  • Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives
  • Champion Agile Product Management best practices and continuous improvement

Required Skills/Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager supporting enterprise technology platforms
  • Strong experience developing and managing product roadmaps, product backlogs, and Agile delivery
  • Experience translating business strategy into product features and technical requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize competing business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow, particularly enterprise workflow or governance platforms
  • Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Operational Risk, Procurement, or Enterprise Risk
  • Experience with workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled enterprise solutions and modern platform capabilities
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations and organizational change management
