We are seeking experienced TPT Testers to support testing and commissioning activities on TSA/TSE projects nationwide. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who enjoy field work, have testing experience, and are looking for part-time, supplemental, or flexible employment rather than a traditional full-time schedule.
Important: This is a part-time, hourly position with no guaranteed number of hours. Work is assigned based on project needs and jobsite requirements. Significant travel is required, sometimes with limited notice.
As a TPT Tester, you'll play a key role in ensuring systems are tested safely, accurately, and in accordance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Perform testing activities including SAT, ORT, NAT, and FAT
Execute TSA/TSE testing in accordance with project and customer specifications
Prepare and submit accurate project documentation, including test reports, field reports, daily reports, and related deliverables
Identify and communicate site delays, testing challenges, and project risks
Work closely with Lead Testers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Maintain accurate records while safeguarding sensitive and confidential information
Follow established quality assurance, safety, and compliance requirements
Submit expenses in accordance with company procedures
Provide clear updates on testing progress, issues, and project outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of TSA/TSE testing experience preferred
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Relevant industry certifications are a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Additional Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
Successful completion of background checks and drug testing as required by specific jobsites
Ability to meet the physical demands of field-testing environments, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting materials up to 50 pounds
POSITION DETAILS:
Position Type: Part-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Overtime: Eligible with pre-approval
Hours: Not guaranteed and based entirely on project workload and jobsite needs
Schedule: May include evenings, weekends, and varying travel schedules
