AT 2:00 AM, YOU ARE THE ONE PEOPLE COUNT ON.

A commercial driver is stranded.

A customer needs an answer.

A technician needs accurate information.

You are responsible for connecting everyone and moving the situation toward a solution.

All Fleet Inc. is hiring a Third Shift Operations Coordinator for our Winthrop Harbor dispatch center.

We are willing to train someone without dispatch experience if they bring outstanding customer service, personal accountability, and the ability to work independently.

YOUR MISSION

• Respond to every new breakdown with urgency

• Collect complete and accurate information

• Coordinate the appropriate mobile technician

• Keep drivers and customers informed

• Track every job from dispatch through completion

• Support technicians with details, forms, and requirements

• Identify stalled jobs and take immediate action

• Escalate serious issues appropriately

• Verify documentation before closing a call

• Make sure the morning team knows exactly where everything stands

SCHEDULE: Third Shift | 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM

LOCATION: On-site in Winthrop Harbor, IL
