This role involves engaging with customers to deliver excellent service, leveraging product expertise to educate, inspire, and assist in outfitting them. You will inform customers about merchandise, promotions, and store events while executing operational processes efficiently.
- Assist customers by locating merchandise, answering questions, and offering style suggestions using displays for inspiration.
- Promote loyalty programs and utilize omni-channel options to enhance the customer experience.
- Support sales floor activities, fitting rooms, checkout, and back-of-house operations as needed.
- Respond courteously to internal and external requests, exchanging relevant information to provide support.
