Setting up, operating and maintaining thread rolling machines such as tesker and Waterbury farrel threadmaster. Requires knowledge of thread pitch and class, SPC and SPC reporting as well as how to use thread, ring and plug gauges.
Qualifications & Skills: Strong Mechanical ability Knowledge of hand tools Ability to work in a manufacturing setting including lifting / moving up to 50#, walking, standing, stooping, bending etc for an entire shift Highschool diploma, GED or on the job equivalent Basic math skills Solid organizational and housekeeping skills Good comprehension skills Can take and follow direction bluepring reading * good dexterity
