About this role:
As aThrombosis Physician,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.In this role you willjoin a collaborative group of providers who provide multifaceted care of patients with thrombosis, including clinic, ambulatory teaching, and inpatient consultations
You will practice in our Thrombosis Clinic based out of the Edwards Internal Medicine Clinic in Murray, UT
Our Edwards IM clinic is a premier teaching site with trainees from Intermountain Health, the University of Utah, and medical students; a strong commitment to teaching and learner development is essential for this role.
Your schedule will be a mix of Clinic half days, inpatient consultation/call blocks, and research
Call is shared equally with the other 3 providers

What youllbring:
MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency trainingInternal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility inInternal Medicine
Active, unobstructedUtahmedical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
Candidates requiringVisa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
