About this role:

As aThrombosis Physician,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.In this role you willjoin a collaborative group of providers who provide multifaceted care of patients with thrombosis, including clinic, ambulatory teaching, and inpatient consultations

  • You will practice in our Thrombosis Clinic based out of the Edwards Internal Medicine Clinic in Murray, UT

    • Our Edwards IM clinic is a premier teaching site with trainees from Intermountain Health, the University of Utah, and medical students; a strong commitment to teaching and learner development is essential for this role.

  • Your schedule will be a mix of Clinic half days, inpatient consultation/call blocks, and research

  • Call is shared equally with the other 3 providers

What youllbring:

  • MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

  • Residency trainingInternal Medicine

  • Board certification or eligibility inInternal Medicine

  • Active, unobstructedUtahmedical license, or the ability to obtain one

  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process

  • Candidates requiringVisa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
