Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions: Performs general ticket selling duties leading up to and during concerts and special events which include sales to the general public; assists ushering staff during shows and non-ticketed events; scans tickets during events; assembles and calculates reports; assists clerical staff with other general office functions.

Working Conditions
This position requires 100% on-site work. Exposed to all types of weather conditions indoors and outdoors. Works varying schedules including nights, weekends, holidays and split shifts up to 29 hours per week.
Minimum Essential Qualifications
Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of clerical functions including modern office practices and equipment; thorough knowledge of business English and spelling; must have knowledge accounting functions.
Skills/Abilities: Skilled in operation of all standard office machines; excellent math skills; ability to operate a personal computer; ability to communicate with the general public in a friendly and professional manner; ability to communicate in the English language both orally and in writing. Ability to serve and control large numbers of people effectively and to solve problems common to public assembly.
Physical Requirements: Constantly sees and hears; frequently reaches, stands, twist body, bends, sorts, files, operates a calculator, writes by hand operates a PC, operates a printer, operates a fax machine, performs data entry, sits, types, walks, kneels, runs, stoops, cleans, crawls, holds, drags, pushes, and lifts and carries objects weighing up to 10 lbs.; infrequently squats.
Education/Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent, at least one (1) year of clerical experience working in an office environment. Experience handling money required.
