Job Description
Job Title: Tier 2 Picking & Packing Associate – Drone ScanLocation:Charlotte, NC OnsiteResponsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the Tier 2 Picking & Packing team.
- Handle escalations from the Tier 2 Pick-Pack team.
- Ensure the team maintains a clean site and work environment.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed on-site by the Tier 1 Pick-Pack team.
- Ensure failed orders are reported to the Customer Support team.
- Provide support to on-site partners as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners through open communication.
- Perform order fulfillment and package loading.
- Communicate urgent issues to the Wipro customer designated Site Manager and Wipro customer team.
- Review stock and inventory management.
- Perform quarterly inventory audits.
- Train new Tier 1 Pick-Pack team members.
Required Skills:- Experience in picking and packing operations.
- Inventory management knowledge.
- Order fulfillment experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle operational escalations.
- Team coordination and support experience.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
