We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide advanced support for our MAC servers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and troubleshooting MAC environments, with a particular focus on Workspace One, JAMF, or Intune. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience with Workspace One, JAMF, or Intune
Strong understanding of MAC server architecture and support
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior work experience in the client’s industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with other mobile device management (MDM) solutions
Familiarity with network security protocols
Certifications in relevant technologies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide tier-3 support and troubleshooting for MAC servers
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize server performance
Develop and implement best practices for server management
