Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II and Tier III support for end users, business applications, and infrastructure systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
• Assist with server maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and health.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, file shares, print services, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and technology improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Tier II/Tier III Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration role.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Networking, Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions.
• Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Fundamentals or Associate Certifications.
