A growing organization is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician or IT Support Specialist to join its internal IT team for a 6-month contract assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting a Microsoft-based environment. The consultant will work directly with a small, collaborative IT team and provide support for over 500 employees across a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk requests and resolve technical issues
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user administration
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts
- Assist with desktop deployments and computer rebuilds
- Maintain ticket documentation and technology asset records
- Support Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Assist with iPad and mobile device support as needed
Qualifications
- IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
- Strong Active Directory knowledge
- Microsoft 365 support experience
- Windows 11 troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- iOS/iPad support experienc
- Networking and VPN troubleshooting experience
- SharePoint and OneDrive administration knowledge
- Experience working within healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
Schedule & Location
- 100% onsite
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Standard business hours with occasional participation in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Six-month contract assignment beginning in October
