TIG Welder, Aluminum 1st & 2nd Shift

TIG Welder – Aluminum | 1st & 2nd Shift | Up to $25/hr. Location: Fairfield, NJ 
We are hiring experienced TIG Welders for immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shift in Fairfield, NJ. Candidates should have at least 2 years of TIG welding experience working with aluminum or other non- steel metals in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a full-time company employee in less than 60 days for dependable candidates looking for long-term employment and advancement. 
Available Shifts & Pay 

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday – Pay up to $23.00/hour, based on experience 
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM–11:30 PM – Pay up to $25.00/hour, based on experience 
• 2nd-shift employees will complete approximately two weeks of orientation/training on 1st shift 

Qualifications: 

• Conversational English required 
• Minimum 18 months of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting 
• Experience welding aluminum, aluminum extrusions, or other non-steel metals 
• Ability to weld materials to precise dimensions, lengths, and angles 
• Experience using miter saws, grinders, and measuring equipment 
• Ability to prepare materials for painting using sanding equipment 
• Ability to read and follow basic blueprints and work orders 
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
