Pay: $23/hr (Based on Experience)
We're looking for a detail-oriented welder to join our team and help bring custom CAD-driven designs to life. This is a full-time role where welding is the primary responsibility, with opportunities to grow your skills in inventory, customer communication, and software use.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding work according to custom CAD designs and exact specifications
Collaborate with team members to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
Communicate effectively with customers when needed
Assist with inventory tracking and management
Learn and utilize company-specific software
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Lift materials up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day
Multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
