NOW HIRING: First Shift TIG Welders
Location: Dekalb, IL
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: Competitive $23.-$30 — based on experience + benefits

MUST HAVE 5 years of experience TIG welding light gauge stainless steel and aluminum.
We’re looking for skilled and motivated Welders to join our growing team on first shift. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a long-term career in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform TIG, welding on steel, stainless, or aluminum components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
  • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain equipment and work area to company safety and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
