Remedy Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Aluminum TIG Welder for a 2nd shift opportunity. This position is ideal for a dependable and detail-oriented individual with experience in TIG welding aluminum in a production or fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on aluminum materials according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards
Inspect finished welds for accuracy and defects
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience with aluminum TIG welding required
Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
