What You'll Do
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for:
- Performing TIG welding with high accuracy and speed to meet project specifications.
- Grinding and deburring metal parts using handheld tools to achieve smooth, polished finishes.
- Operating fabrication equipment such as drill presses and press brakes to create precise components.
- Loading and unloading laser-cut parts and burn tables efficiently and safely.
- Tack and spot welding parts as needed for final assembly.
- Reading blueprints and using tape measures to ensure all parts meet strict quality standards.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized to uphold safety and productivity.
- Supporting production targets by consistently delivering quality workmanship across multiple projects.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:- Prior welding experience, with a focus on TIG processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strength to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary.
- Attention to detail and strong fabrication skills to produce high-quality work.
- Dependability, excellent attendance, and a proactive attitude to contribute effectively to the team.
