Position Overview
The TIG Welder/Fabricator is responsible for performing TIG welding and fabricating custom sheet metal parts. This role involves understanding engineered drawings, creating components and fixtures, and delivering high-quality welds in a quick-paced manufacturing setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • · Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel.
  • · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
  • · Fabricate custom components, jigs, and fixtures to meet customer requirements.
  • · Operate hand tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards and SOPs.
  • · Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
  • · Monitor material consumption and report any issues.
  • · Carry out other related duties as assigned


Qualifications & Skills

  • · 2 years of TIG welding experience (aluminum preferred)
  • · High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • · Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy production environment
  • · Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
  • · Strong problem-solving skills
  • · Effective time management and organizational skills
  • · Clear, professional communication skills
  • · A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization


Additional Requirements

  • · Successful completion of a TIG WELD TEST
  • · Proof of U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization
