As a TIG Welder, you'll be at the forefront of fabricating quality metal components for diverse applications. You'll work closely with our skilled team to ensure precision, safety, and efficiency in every project, helping the company fulfill its commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing TIG welding with high accuracy and speed to meet project specifications.
  • Grinding and deburring metal parts using handheld tools to achieve smooth, polished finishes.
  • Operating fabrication equipment such as drill presses and press brakes to create precise components.
  • Loading and unloading laser-cut parts and burn tables efficiently and safely.
  • Tack and spot welding parts as needed for final assembly.
  • Reading blueprints and using tape measures to ensure all parts meet strict quality standards.
  • Keeping the work area clean and organized to uphold safety and productivity.
  • Supporting production targets by consistently delivering quality workmanship across multiple projects.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Prior welding experience, with a focus on TIG processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strength to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary.
  • Attention to detail and strong fabrication skills to produce high-quality work.
  • Dependability, excellent attendance, and a proactive attitude to contribute effectively to the team.
