What You ll Be Doing:
TIG weld metal components to fabricate or repair products according to blueprints, welding diagrams, or layouts
Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure them for final welding
Perform welds that meet quality and tolerance specifications
Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and protractors to ensure precise work
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We re Looking For:
Must pass a TIG weld test
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
Strong math skills to handle measurements, fractions, decimals, and tolerances
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand, sit, bend, kneel, or crouch as needed
Steel-toed boots required
