Experienced TIG Welder – Day Shift
Pay: $DOE
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Possible Swing Shift Available
10% Shift Differential

We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and has experience welding light gauge stainless steel materials in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on light gauge stainless steel materials ranging from 20-gauge to 18-gauge
• Set up and operate welding machines safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous TIG welding experience required
• Strong experience working with stainless steel materials
• Ability to set up welding machines independently
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
