This is a 2nd shift position, Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2am

Weekend shift is eligible for an 8% shift differential on base pay

Effective July 7, 2026, Sign-On Bonus: $3000, for new applicants. Paid out: 1st half in 30 days, and 2nd half in 60 days once on the company's payroll.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, or other instructions.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbology.
• Conduct process inspection, certification, and documentation.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform other duties as assigned by the area supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and instructions.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in welding techniques.
• Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials.
• Working knowledge of fixturing and weld setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.).
• Capable of reading wiring schematics.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an internal welding test.
• Minimum 1-year experience in various forms of welding.
