Job Details

Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum components.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings.
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment.
Fit, tack, weld, and finish fabricated parts to specification.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Use measuring tools including calipers, tape measures, and squares.
Work closely with fabrication, production, and quality teams to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of TIG welding experience, with a strong focus on aluminum.
Ability to produce clean, cosmetic, and structurally sound welds.
Experience reading blueprints and weld symbols.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience using common fabrication and measuring tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
Aluminum sheet metal or structural fabrication.
Grinding, polishing, and finishing welded components.
Manufacturing or custom fabrication environment.
Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
