Location: Putnam, CT

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Requirements:

• Trade school or 1 year of welding experience (TIG preferred)
• Basic understanding of TIG welding techniques
• Interest in precision welding and working with small components
• Ability to work carefully with thin metals
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow drawings, measurements, and written instructions
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Welding certification is helpful but not required

Job Duties:

• Perform TIG welding on small components and thin-gauge materials
• Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal alloys
• Follow blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• Set up and safely operate TIG welding equipment
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Use basic measuring and metalworking tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Collaborate with production and quality team members to meet deadlines
