TIG Welder / Sheet Metal Fabricator

Position: TIG Welder / Sheet Metal Fabricator Pay: $25–$35/hr DOE

Shop Location- Van Buren, AR, 72956

We are hiring experienced Stainless Steel TIG Welders and Sheet Metal Fabricators for food-grade equipment fabrication and installation projects.

Job Duties

• TIG welding stainless steel for food-grade equipment
• Fabrication of sheet metal components
• Work on conveyors, platforms, and other food processing equipment
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Perform clean, high-quality welds on 14ga stainless steel
• Shop work with optional travel for field installs

Welding Requirements

Applicants must be able to perform:

• Tee joints
• Weld 14ga stainless steel without burn-through

Preferred Experience

• stainless fabrication
• Millwright experience
• Project management for equipment installs
• Sheet metal fabrication background

Schedule & Pay

• Overtime after 8 hours a day (1.5X)
• Saturday pay: 1.5x
• Sunday pay: 2x
• Optional travel opportunities
• Paid lodging and Travel expenses and $70.00 a day if traveling.
