- Inspect welded joints for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in welding techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder or similar role.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle welding equipment and materials.
