This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of TIG welding experience who is looking to build a long-term career and develop advanced fabrication skills.What You'll Do
Perform TIG and basic MIG welding on stainless steel componentsRead blueprints and layout parts for fabricationFabricate and weld small parts for equipmentGrind and deburr materials to meet quality standardsInspect parts and maintain quality throughout productionMaintain tools and a clean, organized workspaceFollow all safety procedures and use proper PPEAssist with forklift operation (training provided)
What You Bring
1+ year TIG welding experience (stainless preferred)Basic MIG welding knowledge or willingness to learnAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsExperience with hand and power toolsStrong attendance and work historyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shiftCommitment to safety and continuous improvement
