TIG WelderLocation: [Worksite Address or City, State]At our dynamic, industry-leading manufacturing company, we are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our talented team. Our state-of-the-art facility leverages the latest welding technologies to produce high-quality, precision-engineered products for a diverse range of clients.As a TIG Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our welded components. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Performing complex TIG welding on a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and other specialty alloys- Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant welds- Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements- Maintaining welding equipment and work area to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior welders as neededTo be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:- Certified Welder with a minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience- Strong understanding of welding principles, techniques, and quality control standards- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentIn addition to a competitive hourly rate of $18.25, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
