Tiger Den Childcare Aide

The In-School Wraparound Care Aide supports students throughout the day in Tiger Den by providing supervision, behavioral support, and assistance with daily routines to ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in the Tiger Den
• Assist with behavior regulation and implementation of individualized support plans
• Build positive relationships with students to promote engagement and well-being
• Support students with social skills, routines and independent functioning
• Collaborate with Tiger Den Director and staff to maintain consistency in expectations
• Ensure student safety at all times
