Job Description
Allstates Consulting Services is looking to fill 3 - 2 man Tiger Teams for our customer in the NC, MD/DC markets. These crews work Monday to Friday with travel in the local market. Most nights home in your own bed. These are Full time, W2 positions with access to benefits. NO ONCALL and NO Weekend work, unless you want to make up rain/weather days.
We are looking for climbers with previous Tiger Team and installation experience on AT&T and Verizon networks. Must be willing to travel with the market. Need to have at least 3 years of previous experience with tiger team work on Verizon and or AT&T networks. Must have a clean criminal background in order to gain access to government sites. Must have a valid Drivers License with no DUI/DWIs.
Company will provide recertifications, company vehicles assigned to Foreman. Crews average 50+ hours a week, completing at least 2 tickets per day. We are looking for people who live within 1 to 2 hours of:
- Raleigh, North Carolina
- Need 1- 2 Man crew
- Beltsville, Maryland
- Need 2- 2 Man crews
- Pay is set according to experience but in these ranges
- Crew Climber- $25 to $28
- Foreman- $28 to $33
Typical Tiger Team Responsibilities
- Diagnose installation defects
- Correct grounding issues
- Repair fiber/coax faults
- Replace radios and antennas
- Perform sweep/PIM testing
- Resolve failed closeouts
- Perform emergency maintenance
- Complete extensive documentation
Typical Tiger Team Requirements
- 3-5+ years tower experience
- Top Hand / Foreman level skills
- Ability to lead small crews
- Carrier-specific experience
- Advanced RF troubleshooting
- Fiber testing experience
- Strong safety record
