The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, Montana's only AAA Four Diamond resort, is seeking Cooks to work with our food and beverage team at our Tiki Bar. $22-$25 DOE.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
As a cook you will be responsible for stocking and setting of the station. Preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooking food items by grilling, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

SCHEDULE / HOLIDAYS/ PTO:
The cooks are expected to normally keep a 5 day a week schedule, adjusted as needed (potentially more than 5 days) according to occupancy and business need, and be available for peak guest times and/or in the event of an emergency. A work week of 50 hours per week can be expected, however it can be more or less depending on the business needs of the Food and Beverage operation. Working evenings, weekends and holidays is required. The cooks will typically be available during peak seasons, typically taking PTO and vacations during slower seasons. Typically, PTO will not be allowed during June 15 - September 15, and December 15 – January 5.
