Our client, a premier e-commerce seller for over a decade, is looking to hire an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager to join their fast-growing Marketing team.
This role is responsible for end-to-end shop operations, product optimization, creator coordination, sales performance, and compliance with TikTok Shop policies.
The ideal candidate understands both TikTok content culture and e-commerce conversion strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the TikTok Shop account end-to-end
- Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings, pricing, variants, and inventory
- Ensure all products and activities comply with TikTok Shop policies
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, bundles, and sales campaigns
- Monitor shop analytics and optimize for conversions, revenue, and growth
- Recruit, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop affiliates and creators
- Coordinate product seeding, commissions, and creator performance tracking
- Support live shopping strategy, including product selection and optimization
- Manage customer inquiries, reviews, disputes, refunds, and returns
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a TikTok Shop account
- Strong understanding of TikTok e-commerce, affiliates, and live shopping
- Experience optimizing product listings and driving sales performance
- Ability to analyze metrics such as GMV, CTR, and conversion rate
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop policies and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-directed, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with creators or influencer affiliates preferred
