The Cross-Border Logistics Operation team is undertaking the packaged parcel from the merchant, and ensure the smooth warehousing of the parcel through door-to-door pick-up/express delivery. We are looking for a professional to lead the planning and optimization of our overseas warehouse network for cross-border e-commerce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining logistics strategy, data-driven analysis, and automation solutions to build high-performing warehouses that support global business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the construction of overseas automated warehouses, including the installation, implementation, and acceptance of warehouse shelving and equipment, ensuring the warehouse is delivered and operational on schedule.
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and go-live operation of automated equipment, including CTU, packaging machines, sorting machines, Put-to-light walls, etc.
- Responsible for the go-live of automated operations, optimization of systems, operational processes, and human-machine collaboration, as well as efficiency improvement, to maximize the value of equipment.
- Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and regular inspections of automated equipment to ensure stable operation during the operational period. Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Automation or related fields, with excellent oral English and communication skills.
- Working experience in leading automated equipment companies in the industry
- At least 3 experiences in the implementation, go-live, and operation of large-scale automated e-commerce projects.
- Deep understanding of the principles and business applications of automated equipment and systems is preferred.
