Responsibilities
• Conduct business performance analysis and diagnostic reviews across different business units. • Provide actionable optimization recommendations based on current performance, and develop structured analytical frameworks. • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead in-depth analysis on key focus areas, and drive the implementation of insights into business operations. • Enhance the business performance data framework, including standardizing target-setting processes, metric definitions, documentation, and cross-team communication. • Ensure alignment and efficiency in goal management, while supporting operational oversight and risk monitoring. • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual target planning and performance reviews. • Deliver analysis on target achievement, performance gaps, root causes, and improvement plans.
