TikTok Shop - Last Mile Solution Manager

Team Overview The team s mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.

We are looking for a highly analytical and operationally strong Last Mile Solutions Manager to support our rapidly growing e-commerce platform. This role focuses on building and optimizing last-mile delivery solutions for high-volume parcel shipments across multiple markets. The ideal candidate has strong experience in e-commerce logistics, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to integrate carriers, delivery partners, and tech-driven routing to create a seamless consumer experience.

This role requires a blend of operational expertise, vendor management, data analysis, and project execution to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery for merchants, creators, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Network Planning

   • Collaborate closely with Fulfillment Center, Middle Mile (MM), Sortation Center (SC), and Last Mile (LM) teams to align operational plans and ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
   • Support carrier onboarding by defining routing entry criteria and integration requirements.
   • Partner with Strategy, Business Analytics, and Operations teams on volume forecasting, network capacity planning, and delivery performance targets.
   • Support product launches, and peak events by proactively planning delivery capacity.
   • Coordinate with merchant operations, fulfillment centers, customer service, product, and engineering teams to continuously improve operational processes and customer experience.
   • Support Collect by TikTok(CBT) logistics initiatives and related operational projects to ensure successful implementation and execution.

2. Last-Mile Operations & Network Optimization

   • Develop and manage scalable last-mile delivery solutions for a high-growth e-commerce platform.
   • Optimize routing, zone coverage, and service models to achieve faster and more reliable delivery.
   • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce delivery lead time and cost per package.
   • Monitor daily delivery performance, capacity, and exceptions across carrier partners.

3. Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement

   • Build and analyze dashboards for on-time delivery, first-attempt delivery success, cost per order, and exception trends.
   • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
   • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to enhance routing logic, operational systems, and network optimization tools.

4. Other intuitive projects assigned Minimum Qualifications

   • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
   • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, parcel delivery, last-mile operations, or platform fulfillment.
   • Strong understanding of parcel networks, delivery SLAs, and carrier performance management.
   • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; experience with data dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker); Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
   • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external carriers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, Temu, Shein, etc.).
• Familiarity with OMS/TMS systems, routing tech, or delivery optimization tools.
• SQL or data analytics skills.
• Experience designing new logistics programs (same-day, next-day, regional carrier onboarding, etc.).
