The Settlement Quality Control team focuses settlement data accuracy and operation efficiency by building various standardized SOPs, infrastructure capabilities, monitoring mechanisms and collection management frameworks.
This role ensures that reconciliation, payment, and dispute resolution processes follow established standards, while continuously optimizing settlement efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance.
Core Responsibilities
LSP Cooperation Standards & Supervision
Establish and maintain settlement contract terms, reconciliation SOPs, dispute resolution frameworks, quotation templates, and related cooperation standards
Build and continuously monitor LSP reconciliation and payment dashboards; conduct horizontal benchmarking across similar LSPs and drive anomaly resolution and continuous improvement
Settlement Solution & System Capability Building
Design and optimize end-to-end settlement processes based on business scenarios and operational requirements
Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to deliver system capabilities including rate card management, bill structure standardization, reconciliation workflows, automated quotation, and fund closed-loop capabilities such as prepayment write-off and account adjustment
Risk Control & Cost Optimization
Identify risk exposures in settlement processes, including potential billing, reconciliation, and collection gaps, and establish monitoring and early-warning mechanisms
Optimize billing and settlement strategies based on data insights to improve settlement quality, efficiency, and cost performance Minimum Qualification(s):
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
5+ years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, billing, or financial operations within logistics, e-commerce, technology, or related industries
2+ years of team management experience
Familiarity with settlement process design, contract terms, billing rules, reconciliation, and dispute resolution
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualification(s):
Experience in the U.S. logistics, parcel, or transportation industry
Experience working with multiple logistics service providers and complex B2B settlement models
Experience with automated quotation systems, rate card management, and prepayment write-off processes
Track record of building operational tools or settlement capabilities jointly with Product and R&D teams
