TikTok Shop - Logistics CBT Merchant Solution Manager

TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop s transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the logistics experience for sellers on TikTok Shop in the U.S. market.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to strengthen system capabilities and ensure alignment between logistics product workflows and seller needs.
• Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, develop end-to-end solutions, and drive effective implementation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and continuously optimize and upgrade existing business models. Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, local overseas e-commerce logistics, and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
