Description
TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the logistics experience for sellers on TikTok Shop in the U.S. market.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to strengthen system capabilities and ensure alignment between logistics product workflows and seller needs.
Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, develop end-to-end solutions, and drive effective implementation.
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and continuously optimize and upgrade existing business models. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, local overseas e-commerce logistics, and supply chain management.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
