We are looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop / Social Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and grow TikTok Shop operations for brands and sellers.
The ideal candidate will have experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, e-commerce operations, product listings, inventory, orders, promotions, creator/affiliate programs, and performance reporting.
Manage daily TikTok Shop operations through Seller Center.
Create and maintain product listings, SKUs, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
Monitor orders, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds, and fulfillment issues.
Coordinate with brands, suppliers, warehouses, 3PLs, and customer-service teams.
Recruit and manage TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates.
Coordinate product samples, commission structures, campaign briefs, and creator promotions.
Support TikTok Shop advertising initiatives, including Spark Ads and Video Shopping Ads.
Track sales and performance metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, average order value, creator-driven sales, and return rates.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Maintain promotional calendars, inventory trackers, and operating procedures.
Stay updated on TikTok Shop policies, platform tools, affiliate programs, and social-commerce trends.

2–4+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, social commerce, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital commerce.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Experience with product listings, promotions, inventory, orders, and fulfillment.
Experience working with creators, influencers, affiliates, or product-seeding campaigns.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple products, campaigns, sellers, and deadlines.
